API Interactive Live will be centred right at the heart of the Sydney Property Expo. Here attendees can pick up a free back issue of API, peruse other helpful property investment material and even subscribe or purchase the current issue at heavily discounted rates. Attendees can also mingle with experts on hand and ask general questions about property investing and share ideas in a more interactive environment than the expo seminars.

How does it work?
Each day, API will run three Interactive Live sessions, where five experts and five attendees will share a series of five-minute sessions, similar to a speed-dating exercise. Sessions will run at 12:30pm, 2:30pm and 3:30pm each day and last for about half an hour. To be involved, you must visit the API Interactive Stand and register your details. Be quick though, as places are strictly limited.

Participants in API Interactive Live have the opportunity to ask these contributors about their own property investing experiences and expertise, their tips for the market in 2008 and their top Sydney hotspots.

Every five minutes a bell will ring signalling that the session time has finished. Attendees then rotate and move on to the next station to speak with another expert. This format will continue until all attendees and experts / investors have spoken to each other.
